Bees Knees - Piemonte Honey - Amalfi Lemon

Gin infusion 500 g
Acacia Honey Syrup 1:2 300 g
Supasawa 200 g

  • Combine all ingredients

Acacia Honey Syrup 1:2

Acacia honey 250 g Water 500 g

  • Combine both ingredients in a saucepan

  • Heat over medium-high heat and stir until the honey is dissolved

  • Let it cool in the refrigerator and bottle it

Gin infusion

Amuerte white 1000 g
Jalapeno 1 x
Amalfi lemon zest 12 g
Lemon thyme 12 g

  • Wash the herbs before use

  • Wash the Jalapeno, remove the seeds and the inside.

  • Slice into rings and add to the infusion along with the lemon thyme

  • Infuse cold and vacuum-sealed for 12 hours

Per cocktail

Gin infusion 100 ml Refresh with Amalfi lemon

Glass

Coupette Ceramic coaster + crushed ice

Decoration

Herb bundle (thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, lemon zest)
